NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA001720XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2004-10 is the Plaintiff and MARC W. JOHNSON; AMSOUTH BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO REGIONS BANK; DEBORAH BYRNE, KEVIN BYRNE, BYRNE TIERNEY HOLDING, INC CHURCH & SWAN PROPERTIES LLC; JOHNNIES FOOD MART; LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; ON Z RUN; POOL CARE OF TAMPA BAY, INC; PRESIDENTS LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SHELL GAS STATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; TBF FINANCIAL LLC; STEPHANIE JOHNSON A/K/A STEPHANIE T. JOHNSON; SHIRLEY M. FAINT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of March, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County’s Public Auction website: http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
