NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003150-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITOR, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ESTHER D. WALKER A/K/A ESTHER DORETHA WALKER, DECEASED; DERRICK WALKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DERRICK WALKER; SHERYL HENDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERYL HENDERSON; ANNA HERRING; MAXINE PERRY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: http://WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK “A”, WEST SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
