NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 17-004185-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-C,  is Plaintiff and SOMPHONE CHANTHAVONGSA; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com  at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on April 9, 2020 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block A, Harmony Heights Section One, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 16, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
