NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000446ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and TOBIN R. MCCASLIN, EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO ANGELA ADAMS, IRA, ANGELA ADAMS, JAMES D. LEECE, PAMELA S. LEECE, JENNIFER MCCASLIN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LESS ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
