Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O’Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Tract C, Block 65, GRIFFIN PARK SUBDIVISION, being a portion of Block 65, Griffin Park Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 78 and 78A, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being more fully described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of said Block 65; thence run North along the East line of said Block 65, 275 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run West, parallel to the South line of said Block 65, 310 feet more or less to the center thread of Bear Creek, said point being designated as Point “A”; thence return to the Point of Beginning; thence North along the East line of said Block 65, 155.0 feet; thence West, parallel to the South line of said Block 65, 495 feet more or less to the center thread of Bear Creek; thence along said center thread in a Southeasterly direction to Point “A”. TOGETHER WITH 2002 KING doublewide mobile home with VIN N810634A, Title #85842337, and VIN N810634B, Title #85842609, located thereon.

Tract D, Block 65, GRIFFIN PARK, a portion of Block 65, Griffin Park Subdivision, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 78 and 78A, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being more fully described as follows: The East 100.0 feet of said Block 65, LESS the South 430.0 feet thereof. TOGETHER WITH 1975 SAND mobile home, VIN FLFL1AE487008484, Title #40525459 located thereon.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
