Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 13, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 30015 PLAYA DEL RAY LANE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 19, 2011 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
