NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-1255-ES/D, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Leticia Viana is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 24, 2012, in an online sale at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
