NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-008201-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and CRISTINA VAZQUEZ; CASEY RANKIN; AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY F/K/A LONG BEACH MORTGAGE COMPANY; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A ED PAYTON; TENANT #2 N/K/A CHAZ JONES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
