DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4, is Plaintiff and JANE D. WILSON; TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are defendants.
