NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 8, Building A, GULFVIEW VILLAS, a condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1177, Page 1620, amended in Official Record Book 1180, Page 362 and as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 147, Public Records of Pasco County Florida. Together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. Said lands situate, lying and being in Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 6441-8 Drexel Drive, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 27, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
