NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006713-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee for Renaissance HEL Trust 2003-4 is the Plaintiff and Mark W. Burton; Unknown Spouse of Mark W. Burton; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, SEAWARD PLANTATION ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
