NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 26, 2021 and entered in Case No. 17-002009-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2005-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1 is Plaintiff and JOHN MULLER; MARIA MULLER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on July 7, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, RIVERSIDE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
