NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 30-C, Building C, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 3897, Pages 64-111, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 1-6, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2209 Belleair Road, #C30, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 7, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
