NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 19 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2007CA009241XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, Plaintiff and M DEBRA BRIGGS, RICKI BRIGGS, ET AL; are defendant(s), the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the west door of the Courthouse, 545 1st Avenue North, Room 400, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, August 22 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
