YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title Pursuant to a Tax Deed on the following real property located in Pasco County, Florida:
Tract 107 of GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT TWELVE, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 96 through 100, of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida. And Tract 217 of GOLDEN ACRES, UNIT TWLEVE, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 96 through 100, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Less and Except: A portion of Tract 217, GOLDEN ACHRES, UNIT TWELVE, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 96 through 100, of the Public Records of Pasco County Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the most Northerly corner of said Tract 217 for a Point of Beginning; thence run along the Northerly boundary line of said Tract 217, South 77º41’50” East, a distance of 154.38 feet; thence South 01º22’58” East, a distance of 423.13 feet to the Southerly boundary line of said Tract 217; thence along Southerly boundary line of said Tract 217, North 65º29’22” West, a distance of 166.74 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Tract 217; thence along the Westerly boundary line of said Tract 217, North 01º22’58” West, a distance of 385 feet to the Point of Beginning.
