NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1000314CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and ERIC J. ISECKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, Block 1, NAPLES TWIN LAKES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 35 and 36, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
