NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005804 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as trustee for WAMU Pass-through certificates, Series 2006-AR5, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Salgueiro a/k/a Gloria Salguero, Mark Salgueiro a/k/a Mark Salguero, Morningside East, Inc., d/b/a Morningside East III Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Nicole Jones, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 5, BUILDING “J”, MORNINGSIDE EAST III, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4919, PAGES 1671 THROUGH 1724, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
