NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-001868-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and JILLANN B. CLARK;  BRIARWOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.;  INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; CLYDE CLARK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A KENDEL BEAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of May, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County’s Public Auction website: http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, BRIARWOODS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 8 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
