NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2. 2013 and entered in case 2012-CA-002157-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Tropical Financial Credit Union, Plaintiff William E. Cocchi a/k/a William Cocchi, Virginia L. Cocchi a/k/a Virginia Cocchi, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00am on the 6th of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit: 
LOTS 24 AND 26, BLOCK B, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET OF EACH LOT DEEDED TO COUNTY OF SARASOTA FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS PER DEED BOOK 360, PAGE 113, WRENS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
