NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006670-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and DENNIS DEWEESE A/K/A DENNIS L. DEWEESE A/K/A DENNY DEWEESE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, SABLE RIDGE PHASE 6A1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 130-132, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.Parcel ID Number: 1826190110000000420
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
