Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-3670-ES, in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and SHEREE BREWER, et al., are the Defendants, East Pasco County Courthouse will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 127, LAKE PADGETT EAST ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 57 THROUGH 59 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
