NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 26, 2013, and entered in 10-CA-054613 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FORTBW MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH R. HORNEY; KATHRYN J. DITRAPANI; MICHAEL J. DITRAPANI; KALYN M. HORNEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A JAMIE JENKS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 A/K/A KRISTEN SLOAN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, http://www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on November 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 1311 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 18, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 10 FEET OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT AS SHOWN IN RESOLUTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2455, PAGE 2354, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2449, PAGE 3466, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
