WEISMAN and CARA WEISMAN A/K/A CARRIE WEISMAN; JOHN DOE AND MARY DOE; THE FOUNDER CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; JOHN CANNON HOMES, INC., are defendants.
