NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST AGNES M. YURINKO, DECEASED; NANCY E. CURRY ROWLEY A/K/A NANCY CURRY ROWLEY A/K/A NANCY CURRY-ROWLEY A/K/A NANCY E. ROWLEY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF AGNES M. YURINKO, DECEASED; FRANK T. YURINKO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF AGNES M. YURINKO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TENANT #1 N/K/A LOUIS FARPARAN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KATHY FARPARAN are the Defendants,  The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/20/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 25, PINE HAVEN II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
