NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007167-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and VERONICA M. MONDA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 13, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, go thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 22 seconds East along the North line of said Section 13, a distance of 1324.28 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 1314.60 feet; thence North 89 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 395.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 265.03 feet; thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 650.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 265.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 648.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Less the Westerly 25 feet thereof for road right-of-way,
Less the Southerly 25 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
And Less the Northerly 2.0 acres thereof, said Northerly 2.0 acres being further described as follows:
From the aforesaid Northwest corner of said Section 13, run thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 22 seconds East along the North line of said Section 13, a distance of 1324.28 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 1314.60 feet; thence North 89 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 395.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 363.59 feet; thence North 89 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 239.64 feet; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 363.59 feet; thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 239.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
