NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-002507 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Nicole Rosemarie Yager and Michele Gretchen Keimig and Robert Michael Yager are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT B-1306, BUILDING 13, PHASE V, OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6133, PAGE 2313 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
