NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 9, 2014, in the above-styled cause, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Date dated December 10, 2014, KEN BURKE, CLERK OF COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of January 2015 the following described real property:
Lot 37, JUNGLE SHORES NO. 6, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
