NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-007599, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff, and JOANNE F. ALESSIO, DECEASED; RIDGEMOOR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; FARRELL PARK/BROOKHAVEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TEALWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENJAMIN ALESSIO; GIOVANNA ALESSIO; MATTHEW PINIELLA; VICTORIA PINIELLA; JAMES PINIELLA; MICHAEL PINIELLA; CHRISTOPHER PINIELLA; AMANDA SALERNO; ELISE SALERNO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, TEALWOOODD VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
