NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-3608 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF4 is Plaintiff and RAJENDRA PRASAD, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., NAREE LAY, SENG LAY, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of July, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Corner 1/4 of said Section 4, Township 31 South, Range 16 East; thence South 00° 37` 01” West, 662.32 feet along the East line of said Southeast ¼ of Section 4 Township 31 South, Range 16 East; thence North 89° 40` 45” West 30.00 feet to a point lying along the Westerly right-of-way of 46th Street North; thence South 00° 37` 01” West, 322.23 feet along said Westerly right-of-way of 46th Street North; thence North 89° 43` 45” West 318.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 89° 43` 45” West, 306.4 feet; thence North 01° 33` 45”East, 3.36 feet to a point lying along the Easterly right-of-way of said “Joe`s Creek”; thence North 12° 47` 27” East, 137.57 feet along said Easterly right-of-way of “Joe`s Creek”; thence along said Easterly right-of-way, a curve to the right, having a radius of 1198.57 feet, Arc of 194.12 feet, Delta of 09° 16` 47”, Chord of 193.91 feet, Chord Bearing North 17° 32` 31” East; thence South 89° 40` 45” East, 222.52 feet; thence South 00° 37` 01” West, 322.56 feet to the point of beginning;

Also less the North 85 feet thereof, more particularly described in OR Book 14778 Page 381, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
And also Less the South 75 Feet thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
