NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-009539-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE BATEMAN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 168, WOODGATE OF COUNTRYSIDE, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 96 AND 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
