NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-015361-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VICTORIA MAIDA;  ROBERT A. MAIDA;  UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY;  ;  ITHOA, INC., A/K/A INDIAN TRAILS, HOA, INC.; are defendants.  KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: http://WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 10 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, INDIAN TRAILS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
