NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-007480-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and GEORGE P. DOMEDION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE P. DOMEDION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; NEW HAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEW HAVEN RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; MANHEIM REMARKETING, INC. (FKA FLORIDA AUTO AUCTION OF ORLANDO, INC.) DBA MANHEIM GREATER TAMPA BAY AUTO AUCTION, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 155, BUILDING 22, NEW HAVEN CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM (AS AMENDED AND RESTATED), FILED AUGUST 8, 1977 IN O.R. BOOK 4581, PAGES 1707 THROUGH 1797 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5697, PAGE 676 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 72 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
