Final Judgment was awarded on August 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-001994-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and GARY BRCKA A/K/A GARY DEAN BRCKA; DEBORAH BRICKA A/K/A DEBORAH SUE BRICKA; PARCEL B-THE PINNACLE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; NANCY L. BOYCE AS TRUSTEE OF THE NANCY L. BOYCE TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 1996; ALEX R. DEEB; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
