NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on December 15, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 9-0925, (ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 925, BUILDING 9), TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 13844, PAGES 1800 THROUGH 1904, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 133, PAGES 85 THROUGH 107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.  The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.  Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
