NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 31st day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009043-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST; SERIES 2006-NC 3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and THOMAS MOORE; LINDA-JOY MOORE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC F/K/A NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
