MCGUINNESS are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 405-W, SUNSET VISTAS CONDO HOTEL ON THE GULF CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15082, PAGES 2616 THROUGH 2679, INCLUSIVE AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 141, PAGES 99 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
