RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2015 and entered in Case No. 09019507CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICIA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and SHAUN J. MASSINGILL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 45, BEL-KEENE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 34 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
