NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-001889-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, F/B/O THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6 is Plaintiff and ANDREW P. NAGY A/K/A ANDREW NAGY;  UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW P. NAGY A/K/A ANDREW NAGY;  UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY;  GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants.  KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: http://WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 29 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, OF SKYVIEW TERRACE THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
