NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-007018 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF MARK K. FOWLER, DECEASED; JILL E. DAVISON, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARK K. FOWLER, DECEASED; JILL E. DAVISON, HEIR; MARCHANT FOWLER, JR; HEIR; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PARADISE ISLAND HOA, INC, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit: 
LOT 9, BLOCK 4, PARADISE ISLAND SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.  If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.  After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
