NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-006169-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST SERIES 2015-1,  is Plaintiff and JOSEPH P. MORELLI, et al., et al., are Defendant(s).
