Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2016, entered in Civil Case Number 11-007645-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and LYNNE KNIGHT, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 40, PINELLAS TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of March, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
