NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2010-CI-002336 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Beverly A. Holley; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; ITHOA, Inc.; Tenant # 1 n/k/a Sharon Burns are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, INDIAN TRAILS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
