NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 15-003300-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-46, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-46, Plaintiff, and, DEBRA A. COOPER AKA DEBRA FRONTEL COOPER AKA DEBRA G. COOPER AKA DEBRA ANN GERTZ COOPER, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, http://WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of Febraury, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 46, MEADOW LAWN NINTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 2, 3, AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
