NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in 15-000664-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JANET REYNOLDS; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; WILLOW LAKE TOWNHOMES OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
