NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-001337-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida.  THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and FELICIA Y. DAVIS; ST. PETERSBURG NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES, INC.; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, are defendants.  Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31ST day of MAY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 2, WEST WEDGEWOOD PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
