NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2016, and entered in 13-004591-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RICK FALKOUSKI; BERTHA BAUTISTA-ESPINOSA F/K/A UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MANAGEMENT REALTY SERVICES LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE KOCHTRUST AGREEMENT DATED 4/17/1997 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
