SPEZZANO, deceased, File Number 16-8028, by the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the Decedent’s date of death was August 22, 2016; that the total value of the Estate is $100.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: 
Name ANNE CHEWCASKIE, Successor Trustee of the THERESE B. SPEZZANO REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 16, 1998, AS FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED OCTOBER 6, 2008, AND AS SECOND AMENDED NOVEMBER 18, 2010, Address 146 Buena Vista Drive North Dunedin, FL 34698
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Estate of the Decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
