That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 103, Building ‘T’, Phase I, of BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 6050, Page 854, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Pages 52 through 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
