NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004663-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Catherine Littlewood, Howard Littlewood, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of May 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13 AND 14, BLOCK 12, DISSTON HILLS SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
