NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006933-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-D is the Plaintiff and Joanne Jimenez; Joel Jimenez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; Nonacrest at LA Vina Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 1st day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, LA VINA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 135 THROUGH 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
